Before sending your assets from the Coinplus card/bar, you will need to have a balance in your wallet. For more information regarding deposits, click .

Once you have a balance follow the instructions below:

Attention: The in-app send option will be available soon. To maintain the highest level of security, we encourage you to wait for the upcoming app update. If you decide to send anyway continue the reading.

Step 1

Select the card and click on the Transactions button
Click on the Send button
Click on the Send anyway button

Step 2

Remove the Secret 1 label from your Coinplus Card/Bar

Scan the QR/code of the Secret 1 or write it manually by clicking on the Secret 1 field in the app

Step 3

After writing the Secret 1 in the app, remove the Secret 2 label from your Coinplus Card/Bar

Scan the QR/code of the Secret 2 or write it manually by clicking on the Secret 2 field in the app

Step 4

Now click Continue and wait

Step 5

In case you wrote the correct Secret 1 and Secret 2 you will see a Success message(In case you got an error please recheck your wrote correct Secret 1 and Secret 2 )

Now go to the Wallet screen
Click on the Wallet Settings button

Step 6

Hold on the Private key to reveal
Click on the Private key to copy

To transfer your cryptocurrency funds to another wallet, you must import your private key.
